About RhyLynn

For over twenty years, I have explored liminal states, dream consciousness, trance experiences, intuitive perception, and the thresholds between waking awareness and the unknown.

This work began in childhood. Long before I had language for it, I lived close to the edge of dreaming — vivid imagery before sleep, internal sound, dreams that recurred with strange precision, and moments where the line between perception and imagination felt thinner than it should.

What started as private curiosity became a long, intentional study: dream recall and lucid dreaming, trance work, liminal hearing, symbolic interpretation, projection-related experiences, and the broader territory of altered awareness. Two decades of quiet, careful, lived practice.

Most people move through life believing they are a human being who occasionally has spiritual experiences. The orientation I work from is the opposite — we are spiritual beings first, currently having a human experience. Once that quiet shift takes hold, the liminal spaces stop feeling foreign. They become the natural meeting point between who we are underneath and who we appear to be on the surface. From there it becomes possible to step into other roles, other modalities, other ways of being, doing, and perceiving — without losing yourself.

My role is not to force experiences or promise supernatural results. My role is to help clients understand patterns, strengthen awareness, reduce fear, and build grounded, intentional practices around what they are already experiencing.

How I Work

A grounded approach to liminal experience.

  • Understand recurring patterns and symbols
  • Strengthen awareness without losing grounding
  • Reduce fear around unfamiliar inner experiences
  • Recognize natural strengths already present
  • Develop intentional, sustainable practices
  • Create structure around dreams, trance, and threshold states
The Threshold

Liminal spaces are the space between.

Many people experience unusual dreams, intuitive moments, symbolic imagery, threshold states, altered awareness, liminal perception, or internal hearing — without knowing how to process or explore them safely. The work begins by naming what is already there.

Why Night

Sessions begin in the evening.

Night naturally places many people closer to dream states, trance, reflection, symbolic processing, and altered awareness. Sessions are intentionally scheduled during evening hours so clients can apply techniques, observations, journaling, and awareness practices immediately — closer to sleep and the liminal states themselves.

Why Thirty Minutes

Concise. Focused. Applied.

Sessions are intentionally short. The goal is to identify patterns, discuss experiences, explore techniques, strengthen grounding, and create practical next steps you can apply that same night, in real time.

Begin at the threshold.
